To avoid confusion and leaving playersd stranded please follow these guidlines:
IF YOU NEED TRANSPORTATION TO AN EVENT:
(1)- Post your request on the forum at least 48Hrs before event.Give a general geographic location (w,n,nw.e side)
(2)- Supply a valid email address.
(3)= Supply a valid telephone number
(4)-Confirm your address, and detailed directions to your location
(5)-Be willing to kick in $5.00 for fuel
(6)- Be ready to go when your ride gets there.
IF YOU ARE A DRIVER:
(1)-Post reply to those requesting a ride 48Hrs before event.
(2)-Exchange Emails
(3)- Exchange Phone #
(4)- Double check the address/Directions
(5) Call your passengers when in route
(6)- Be on time
(7)- Describe what you drive so they can look for you.
(
- Dont over book your car, If you cars will seat 5 then only carry five for safety reason.
(9)- Give your self enough lead time to make it to the event safely.
By following these guidlines everyone should be able to make it to events.
